Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Michelle Stone, Esq., is relieved of appointment
as attorney for the child and Michael A. Somma, Esq., 1500 Vestal Parkway E., Suite 103B, Vestal, NY 13850, is appointed in her place and
stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b); and it is further
ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the
child as he may direct.
