Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 6, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until July 9, 2018, and the answering brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
