| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental joint record on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2017, containing an order of the same court dated November 17, 2016, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file the supplemental joint record containing the order dated November 17, 2016, and the respondent-appellant's answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), on or before July 9, 2018.
