Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 4, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before July 13, 2018, and it is further;
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by July 13, 2018, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal or the respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal.
No further enlargements shall be granted.
