| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 11, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated October 19, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order are deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and on or before July 2, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
