DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Charlene Morisseau from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 8, 2017. By order to show cause dated April 9, 2018, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated December 8, 2017, was neither appealable as of right nor by permission. Motion by the appellant to transfer the matter to another Judicial Department.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.20).
