ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated April 26, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 11, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "July 11, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "January 11, 2016."
