Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 5, 2017, and February 20, 2018, respectively, pending determination by the Supreme Court, Kings County, of a certain motion, or to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 5, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 5, 2017, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until July 11, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
