Motion by Patricia Anton and Robert Anton for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 10, 2018, and, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises and enforcement of a certain judgment of foreclosure and sale, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated May 10, 2018, as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 15, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
