| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 4, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appellants serve and file their respective briefs on or before July 12, 2018, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event both appellants do not serve and file their respective briefs on or before July 12, 2018, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 12, 2018.
