On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the above-enumerated appeals from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered May 9, 2016 (appeal No. 2016-1493 Q CR), and a resentence of that court imposed March 8, 2018 (2018-676 Q CR), are consolidated under appeal No. 2016-1493 Q CR; and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of the consolidated appeal as is from the portion of the judgment of conviction that imposed sentence is dismissed, as that portion of the judgment of conviction was superseded by the resentence.
