| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the reply brief. Cross motion by the appellants to direct the respondent to serve its brief by electronic mail and overnight delivery.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 29, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 27, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
