| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2017, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered November 24, 2017, and to deem the notice of appeal from the decision and order to be a notice of appeal from the judgment. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the decision and order to be a notice of appeal from the judgment is granted (see CPLR 5512); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 13, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
