Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2017, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2017.
