Motion by the petitioner-appellant on an appeal from a fact-finding order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 31, 2018, to continue the provisions of a temporary order of protection of the same court also dated May 31, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the fact-finding order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the provisions of the temporary order of protection are continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the fact-finding order.
