DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 31, 2017. Separate motion by the respondent-appellant Sita M., inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, and to stay enforcement of the order appealed from pending determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the child and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent-appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
