Motion by the respondents, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5015(a)(3) to vacate a decision and judgment of this Court dated November 29, 2017, which determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the Pound Ridge Library District, dated September 26, 2016.
