Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents Black Bear Family Campground, Inc., Rita Zelda Smith, and Rita P. Smith Living Trust from operating the subject parcel of real property as recreational vehicle campsites, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 22, 2018, and May 1, 2018, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
