| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 8, 2018, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 13, 2018, as conditioned a stay of the collection or turnover of any funds covering the amounts awarded in the judgment upon the perfection of the appeal on or before May 14, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 13, 2018, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 14, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "July 12, 2018."
