ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court entered June 13, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 27, 2015, October 6, 2016, and November 21, 2017, respectively, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "July 13, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "June 13, 2018."
