ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2017, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 19, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "May 12, 2017."
