DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 24, 2017, and February 27, 2017, respectively, and for the assignment of a new attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the child is relieved and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act §1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child :

and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 6, 2017, is extended and the respondent-respondent shall produce the child for an interview by the attorney for the child on or before July 23, 2018.
