An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 21, 2017, And an interim order having been entered by a Justice of this Court on March 22, 2018, granting a stay of foreclosure, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings, including the sale of the property, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated March 22, 2018, is vacated.
