Motion is granted, the Referee's report disaffirmed, and petitioner is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of New York, effective immediately and petitioner is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the OCA any applicable registration fees owed in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a. No opinion. All concur.
