Appeal by Melissa Quinones from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 29, 2016. By order on certification of this Court dated April 16, 2018, the respondent was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal, and directed to contact the respondent and determine the respondent's interest in responding to the appeal:

By letter dated April 9, 2018, assigned counsel notified the Court that she has been unable to contact the respondent. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2018, the respondent's assigned counsel was relieved of the assignment. By letter dated June 7, 2018, counsel notified the Court that the respondent wanted to respond to the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2018, is recalled and vacated and the respondent's assigned counsel is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until July 26, 2018.
