| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 5, 2016, to substitute Carol Pickering-Robinson, as administrator of the estate of Christopher Pickering, for the deceased respondent Christopher Pickering, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Carol Pickering-Robinson, as administrator of the estate of Christopher Pickering, is substituted for the deceased respondent Christopher Pickering, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 24, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
