Motion by Miriam S. to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 1, 2018 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05457), and May 9, 2018 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05458), respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, or, in effect, to vacate the orders, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 9, 2018 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05458). Separate motion by Miriam S., in effect to stay enforcement of an order of the same court also dated May 9, 2018 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-06302), to direct visitation between the child Faigy S. and her and Israel S., and to consolidate the three appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated May 9, 2018, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05458, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic with respect to the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-05458 and denied as unnecessary as to the other two appeals as those two appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
