Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 22, 2017, for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
