By order dated December 20, 2017, appellant was granted an extension of time to perfect this appeal until February 26, 2018. By letters dated April 4, 2018, June 1, 2018 and June 4, 2018, appellant was advised that the appeal was past due for perfection. Appellant has failed to properly perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected on or before August 13, 2018.
