Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, entered April 1, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated May 18, 2017, as amended September 20, 2017, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court. Separate motion by respondents for sanctions.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motion and respondents' motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion and respondents' motion are denied.
