Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 4, 2015, and to continue the bail relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, entered on March 3, 2015 (M-902), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2018 Term, continuing the previous bail relief on all the original conditions set forth therein, and on further condition that the appeal is perfected on or before October 1, 2018 for the December 2018 Term.
