Cirando, Esq., sworn to May 31, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Maggie Seikaly, Esq., dated May 24, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before August 20, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order (see Matter of Brittany C., 67 AD3d 788, 789 [2d Dept 2009]).
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
