Petitioner having moved in this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cayuga on January 23, 2018, for an order directing the removal of certain employees from their employment at Auburn Correctional Facility,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Echo Westley Dixon sworn to June 1, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
