| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises and to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 17, 2018, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and an order of the same court entered October 17, 2016, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay the sale of the subject premises, to stay enforcement of the judgment, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the record and briefs filed in connection with the order are deemed filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment.
