Motion by Luis C., Fernando F., and Abbygail C. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 30, 2018, and to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated June 2, 2017, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated June 2, 2017, is granted and enforcement of the order dated June 2, 2017, is stayed pending hearing and determination of an appeal from that order or determination by the Family Court, Queens County, of the motion to suspend all visitation between Sandra F. and Abbygail C., whichever occurs first.
