Defendant having moved for an order withdrawing his prior motion for assigned counsel under Article 18-B of the Court

Law and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 28, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2018 Term. That branch of the motion seeking to withdraw a purported pending motion for assignment of 18-B appellate counsel is denied as unnecessary, no such motion having been filed under New York County Ind.
