31-36 32nd Street Astoria, LLC, Respondent, v Frederick V. Nickell, Appellant, et al., Tenants.

Application, in effect, by 31-36 32nd Street Astoria, LLC to be substituted as respondent on appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 21, 2016 and January 4, 2017, respectively, and for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, 31-36 32nd Street Astoria, LLC is substituted as respondent on the appeals, the caption has been amended accordingly, and respondent's time to serve and file a respondent's brief is enlarged to 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after he is served with the respondent's brief.
