Motion to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals with an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 24, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated June 5, 2017, is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated June 5, 2017, is enlarged until August 6, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
