The respondent, Jeremiah John Ryall, was ad Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 25, 1997. By opinion and order of this Court dated April 18, 2018, the respondent was disbarred from the practice of law, upon his resignation, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys. By letter dated June 4, 2018, the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District advised this Court that the respondent died on March 5, 2018.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the opinion and order of this Court dated April 18, 2018, is recalled and vacated and the above-referenced matter is discontinued in view of the respondent's death.
