Motion by SL Green Realty Corp., Landgray Associates, SLG Graybar Mesne Lease, LLC, Sl Green Operating Partnership, L.P., SL Green Management, LLC, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated August 3, 2017, to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-09889 and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by D'Jory Vilsaint to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-10120 and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by SL Green Realty Corp., Landgray Associates, SLG Graybar Mesne Lease, LLC, Sl Green Operating Partnership, L.P., SL Green Management, LLC, and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by D'Jory Vilsaint and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals are granted and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 6, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
