v

DECISION AND ORDER

ON MOTION

By order dated October 10, 2017, appellant was granted poor person status and assigned counsel, to be represented by the Rural Law Center. By letter dated March 30, 2018 by Kristin Bluvas, Esq., the Rural Law Center requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. On the Court's own motion, by decision and order dated April 17, 2018, the Rural Law Center was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated May 11, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by June 11, 2018. Appellant has failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
