Application by Yehuda A. Lichtman, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 14, 2007, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jay Lichtman.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied absent a change of name by court order (see Civil Rights Law § 63).
