A judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, having been rendered on or about September 19, 2017, And Gail Watt, mother of defendant Kevon, having moved on defendant's behalf for an enlargement of time in which to file a notice of appeal from the aforesaid judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon submission by defendant Mr. Watt, or a licensed attorney, of a notice of motion and notarized affidavit setting forth the defendant's indigency in compliance with CPLR 1101, including the amount and sources of his income and listing his property with its value.
