Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay any conveyance of the subject premises and to stay the respondent Yomi Homes, Inc., from taking possession of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 17, 2018.
