| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 19, 2018, and to direct that visitation of the respondent-respondent Marimar M. with the subject child continue to be supervised in accordance with an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated June 19, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order dated June 19, 2018, is stayed and the visitation of the respondent-respondent Marimar M. with the subject child shall continue to be supervised in accordance with the order dated March 15, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
