On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court entered February 7, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, which denied an application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 27, 2017, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "February 7, 2017" and substituting therefor the date "February 7, 2018."
