| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 30, 2015, inter alia, for leave to file an oversized brief, to waive filing of the transcript of the proceedings, to waive compliance with 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(c)(1)(i), for leave to file less than nine copies of the brief, and for leave to be represented by pro bono counsel for purposes of oral argument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to be represented by pro bono counsel for purposes of oral argument is denied as unnecessary, and it is further;
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
