| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 27, 2017, and April 5, 2018, respectively, and a judgment of the same court also entered October 27, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals from the order entered October 27, 2017, and the judgment with the appeal from the order entered April 5, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the order entered October 27, 2017, and the judgment with the appeal from the order entered April 5, 2018, is denied as unnecessary as the appeals from the order entered October 27, 2017, and the judgment may be consolidated as of right with the appeal from the order entered April 5, 2018 (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
