Motion by Manhattan Woods Enterprises, LLC, and Manhattan Woods Golf Club, Inc., for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 13, 2018, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to direct the defendants to submit to depositions.
