| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 5, 2018, and for leave to file the record and the parties' briefs under seal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file the record and the parties' briefs under seal is granted and the parties shall file the record and the parties' briefs under seal, in accordance with the order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 26, 2017, for in camera review by the Justices assigned to the appeal, and the record and the parties' briefs shall remain sealed upon filing.
